Position

For the 2026 season we are seeking a SPA Technical Representative with a solid background in the luxury wellness sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in service and for taking on the technical responsibility of the beauty center, ensuring professionalism, safety, and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of the SPA, managing schedules, teams, and ensuring high service standards.
• Supervise the execution of treatments, ensuring quality and an optimal experience for guests.
• Maintain order, harmony, and proper management of wellness environments.
• Introduce and update programs and treatments in collaboration with management.
• Ensure proper management of technical procedures, tools, and professional equipment, maintaining alignment with required standards.

• Oversee documentation and processes necessary for the smooth operation of the beauty center.

   

Requirements

• Professional qualification as a licensed aesthetician authorized to practice independently.
• Previous experience in luxury SPAs or 5-star hotels, with solid technical skills in aesthetic treatments and massage.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
• English independent speaker.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Driver's license and car ownership.
