Position

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Maître to join our Food & Beverage Team at “La Colonna” Restaurant. 
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in luxury hospitality and possesses strong leadership and communication skills, enabling interaction with a high-profile international clientele. The selected candidate must demonstrate empathy and the ability to manage guests’ high expectations, coordinate a team of 8–10 people and work under the supervision of the Maître, contributing to ensuring impeccable service in line with the property’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination and supervision of the dining room staff
• Welcoming and managing guests
• Organization of service and staff schedules
• Collaboration with the kitchen and direct supervisor to ensure an efficient service flow
• Management of reservations and resolution of any issues
• Maintenance of the venue’s quality standards
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in the role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of main service protocols
• Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Preferably in possession of a driving license and own vehicle
