Il Visibìlio is a fine dining restaurant that offers a blind tasting menu based on the seasonality of the ingredients, the food sensitivities of the guests and the flair of its 1 Michelin Star Chef Daniele Canella, who heads the culinary project of The Club House. Il Visibìlio also benefits from the consulting of the Chef Giuseppe Iannotti, awarded 2 stars for his Restaurant Krèsios in the Michelin Guide Italy 2025.

Chef Daniele Canella
Born in 1974 Daniele Canella worked in Rome, Edinburgh and Venice before returning to his native Tuscany. In 2010 he became the executive chef of La Colonna restaurant at Hotel Le Fontanelle. Currently he is the resident chef of Osteria Il Tuscanico and Il Visibilio restaurant, both located at The Club House. In November 2023 he was awarded with 1 Michelin Star for Il Visibilio.
