CHEF FRANCESCO FERRETTINI
Francesco Ferrettini joined Hotel Le Fontanelle in 2014, and, in 2022 became Chef of La Colonna restaurant, offering dishes strongly linked to the territory, yet with personal touches of avant-garde cuisine.
