An osteria whose ambition is to create dishes strictly sourced from the territory that hosts it: Tuscany. In an essential and genuine way, Il Tuscanico reinterprets the most iconic dishes of the region in a classic manner, with a touch of extra freshness, such as the Florentine steak, pici cacio e pepe, ancient peposo, and much more.

Il Visibìlio is a one–Michelin-star gourmet restaurant offering a blind tasting menu based on the seasonality of its ingredients, the sensitivity of its guests, and the creativity of Chef Francesco Ferrettini, who leads the culinary project of The Club House. Il Visibìlio also benefits from the consultancy of Chef Giuseppe Iannotti, awarded two Michelin stars for his restaurant Krèsios in the Michelin Guide Italy 2026.

CHEF Francesco Ferrettini

Born in 1986, Francesco Ferrettini gained significant professional experience in Marina di Pietrasanta and at Belmond Castello di Casole. Chef Ferrettini’s career has been marked by steady growth, allowing him, year after year, to distinguish himself and ultimately become the leading figure behind the gastronomic vision of Fontanelle Estate. His journey began in 2014, when he joined Ristorante La Colonna as Sous Chef, later stepping into the role of Resident Chef in 2022. At the end of 2025, he took the helm of the entire culinary project, becoming Executive Chef of the brand’s three restaurants: La Colonna, Osteria Il Tuscanico, and the one-Michelin-starred Il Visibìlio.
