Position

We are looking for a motivated Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Team at Hotel Le Fontanelle*****. 
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality and possesses strong leadership and communication skills, enabling interaction with a high-profile international clientele. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing both the Lounge Bar and the Pool Bar, coordinating a team of 3 people, working in close collaboration with and under the support of the Maître, and contributing to the delivery of impeccable service and high standards in line with the property’s positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational and organizational management of both bar outlets (Hotel and Pool)
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Preparation and service of beverages, cocktails, and coffee products in accordance with the property’s standards
• Coordination and supervision of the bar team
• Collaboration with the Maître in service planning and activity optimization
• Stock control, ordering, and proper storage of products
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and the overall image of the bar areas
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in the role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of mixology techniques and main beverage products
• Organizational and staff management skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and service-oriented attitude
• Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Preferably in possession of a driving license and own vehicle
