Position
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Booking Department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury hospitality and will be responsible for handling reservations, liaising with direct clients and travel agents, and ensuring an exceptional standard of guest service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations efficiently and professionally via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, provide detailed information about hotel services, handle complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Keep room availability up to date in the PMS and channel manager.
- Ensure that rates (including special offers) are correctly applied, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to optimize revenue.
- Coordinate group bookings and ensure accurate planning and communication.
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to resolve issues and meet guests’ specific needs.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy, representing the excellence of a luxury hotel.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star or 4-star superior hotel.
- Excellent English skills and fluency in a second language.
- Confident user of major hotel PMS systems, preferably Fidelio Suite8 and/or Opera.
- Strong customer orientation, with prior experience handling high-demand luxury clientele.
- Excellent communication and sales abilities, with great attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of online sales channels and channel manager tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Own means of transportation required.
