Position

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang to join our Food & Beverage Team at “La Colonna” Restaurant. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury hospitality and possesses strong communication skills, enabling interaction with a high-profile international clientele. The selected candidate must demonstrate empathy and the ability to manage guests’ high expectations, working autonomously within their assigned section and under the supervision of the Maître, contributing to the delivery of impeccable service and standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate their assigned section, ensuring impeccable service
• Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism, creating a warm and refined atmosphere
• Adhere to service standards and ensure a high-quality dining experience
• Collaborate with the kitchen and direct supervisor to ensure an efficient service flow
• Manage the order and service of courses, paying attention to every detail
• Advise guests on menu and wine selections
   

Requirements

• Previous experience in the role
• In-depth knowledge of service techniques and food & beverage products
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
• Precision, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Preferably in possession of a driving license and own vehicle
