Position
We are looking for a motivated Commis de Bar to join our Food & Beverage Team at Hotel Le Fontanelle*****.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enabling them to interact with a high-profile international clientele. The selected candidate will provide operational support to the Barman and the dining room team, and will also manage sunbeds and umbrella service, ensuring attentive and timely service in line with the high-quality standards of the property, under the supervision of the Maître and the Barman.
Key Responsibilities
- Support bar service in drinks preparation and service
- Reorganize and clean workstations and bar areas
- Operational management of the pool area, including organization and control of sunbeds
- Welcome and assist guests at the pool
- Serve drinks and snacks by the pool
- Collaborate with dining room and bar staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper presentation of the pool and bar areas
Requirements
- Preferably previous experience, even minimal, in the same role or in hotels
- Service-oriented attitude and customer focus
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Accuracy, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Preferably in possession of a driving license and own vehicle
