Position
We are looking for a motivated Commis de Rang eager to join our Food & Beverage Team at the restaurant “La Colonna.”
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enabling them to interact with a high-profile international clientele. The selected candidate will assist the Chef de Rang in dining room service activities, actively contributing to ensuring high standards of hospitality and quality, in line with the positioning of the property and under the supervision of the Maître.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Rang in managing their assigned section
- Prepare the dining room and tables before service
- Serve food and beverages according to luxury hospitality standards
- Reset and clean the dining room during and after service
- Ensure order, mise en place, and the overall presentation of the dining room
- Collaborate with the dining room and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage the replenishment of products across the various outlets
Requirements
- Preferably previous experience in the role, even minimal, in restaurants or hotels of a comparable level
- Basic knowledge of dining room service techniques
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Preferably in possession of a driving license and own vehicle
