Position

We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper with an exceptional eye for detail and strong leadership skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the entire Housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms, suites, and all common areas consistently reflect the outstanding standards of cleanliness, order, and understated luxury that distinguish Hotel Le Fontanelle.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, motivate, and supervise the daily work of room attendants and porters, organizing shifts and assigning tasks.
• Carry out rigorous and systematic inspections of guest rooms, suites, and common areas, ensuring meticulous attention to every “golden detail.”
• Manage linens, room amenities, courtesy products, and cleaning supplies, overseeing inventories and coordinating with the external laundry service.
• Train new team members according to the property’s operational standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate constantly with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to promptly report any necessary interventions and optimize room availability for arriving guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper (or Assistant Executive Housekeeper) in 5-star luxury hotels (essential requirement).
• Strong organizational, planning, and stress-management skills.
• Natural leadership abilities and experience in managing, motivating, and developing a team.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to solve problems quickly.
• Good command of both Italian and English.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Own vehicle required.
