Position

We are looking for a talented and motivated SPA Receptionist with a strong passion for luxury hospitality to join the team at our wellness center. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and refined welcome in line with the property’s standards of excellence and wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome SPA guests with professionalism and elegance, presenting the services offered by the facility.
• Manage the treatment schedule, optimizing bookings and effectively coordinating therapists’ shifts and appointments.
• Carefully listen to guests’ needs in order to recommend the most suitable treatments and promote the SPA’s retail product line.
• Ensure that the reception area and waiting lounges consistently maintain the standards of order, cleanliness, and atmosphere required by a 5-star luxury property.
• Work closely with the hotel Front Office department to ensure smooth communication and provide a fully personalized guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within 5-star hotel SPAs or luxury wellness centers.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, elegance in demeanor, and a strong customer service attitude.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English (knowledge of a third foreign language will be considered a plus).
• Good knowledge of major hotel management systems and SPA booking software.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Driver's license and car ownership.
