An invitation to enjoy a dinner unlike any other, crafted for those who seek true emotion through flavour. The two chefs will blend their techniques, visions, and unique sensibilities to create an inspired menusurprising, refined, and unforgettable with every course. A gastronomic journey where innovation meets deep respect for raw ingredients, through unexpected pairings and bold, expressive tastes.

Framing the experience is the intimate and sophisticated setting of Il Visibilio, the Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in the quiet beauty of our hotel The Club House, among the Chianti hills. A place where every detail is craft to elevate the moment and turn dinner into a cherished memory.

The Chefs
  • Daniele Canella, Resident Chef of our restaurant Il Visibilio, 1 Michelin star. Each of his creations is a surprising combination of flavours and temperatures that awaken the palate.
  • Giuseppe Iannotti, two Michelin stars at his restaurant Krèsios, is known for his inventive use of ingredients and the expressive power of his cuisine, deeply rooted in regional identity.
