On September 3rd, at the elegant Al Fresco Pool Bar of Hotel Le Fontanelle, the artistry of Anthill Cocktail & Tapas Bar will meet the culinary finesse of La Colonna Restaurant, curated by our chef Francesco Ferrettini. This collaboration will bring to life refined tapas and signature cocktails, telling stories and evoking emotions through sophisticated ingredients and modern interpretations.
The evening will unfold in the enchanting garden and poolside setting, surrounded by a relaxed and evocative atmosphere.

The Chefs
- Francesco Ferrettini, Executive Chef at Ristorante La Colonna: his culinary creations are born from a deep connection to the local territory, paired with a refined sensibility for classic italian cuisine. Each dish becomes an elegant and creative tribute to the tradition.
- Giuseppe Iannotti, two Michelin-starred chef and founder of Anthill Cocktail & Tapas Bar: his signature mixology, unmistakable in character, draws inspiration from Naples, New York, and Barcelona. His cocktails are not only meant to be tasted but experienced — they tell stories through unexpected ingredients and artistic presentation.
